Guaranteed Rent

If you’re a landlord looking for a guaranteed rental income, paid each and every month without all the normal stresses involved in letting out a property, then you have come to the right place.

• As the landlord, you will rent your property to us for a period of up to 5 years, using a ‘management agreement.’ We will then offer a guaranteed rent each month, for the duration of the period agreed-regardless of whether the property is occupied or not. We charge you the landlord, no fees or commission at all.

• We then provide a light refurbishment to the property at no extra cost to you.

• We then contact our corporate and professional database and conduct viewings. We carry out rigorous screening before renting out each room of the property, taking a fee from our clients for the high-end accommodation that we provide.

• We cover the management of the property for the duration of the  agreed period.
