The Landlord owns one investment property (3 bedroom house in Maidenhead). When his tenant moved on from this property and his local letting agent was unable to find a family to rent the property, the agent contacted us to see what we could offer.
As part of the refurbishment, a stud wall was installed in the living room. We paid for redecoration throughout, new furnishing and dressing to give the property a more homely feel.
The owner now receives rent each month regardless of whether the house is full or not, so you have no void periods for up to 5 years. The rent is GUARANTEED for the full period and you are charged NO FEES by us at all! we really mean NO FEES.
